                               RESOLUTION NO. 19447
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH PETE AUSTIN AND THE HURRICANE
                   CREEK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION RELATIVE TO
                   THE HURRICANE CREEK RELOCATION PROJECT, FOR
                   A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY-THREE
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($23,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Pete Austin and the Hurricane 
Creek
       Homeowners' Association relative to the Hurricane Creek 
Relocation
       Project, for a total consideration of $23,000.00.
